ACCGP Diversity Corporate Internship
The ACC Greater Philadelphia Chapter, in partnership with the Philadelphia Bar Foundation, sponsors a full-time, eight-week summer internship for rising 2L and 3L law students from underrepresented backgrounds, with the goal of increasing diversity within corporate legal departments.
Interns are placed in legal departments of sponsoring companies, where they work regular business hours and gain hands-on experience in corporate law. Each intern receives a minimum stipend of $8,000, with some companies offering higher compensation. Interns are matched with companies based on interest and availability, with initial applications reviewed by the ACC's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee and final placements determined by sponsoring companies.
This program builds a pipeline of future legal professionals who reflect the communities they serve, strengthening the legal sector through equity, experience, and leadership.
