Our first Lunch N’ Learn series for the 2026 BOP cohort year, hosted virtually by Professor Chang-Muy on Friday, March 27, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.

Professor Chang-Muy will discuss Effective Nonprofits and Board Promising Practices, including:

  • nonprofit core areas
  • roles and duties of board members
  • typical subcommittees of the board, including governance and human resources
  • integrating the work of committees to advance the organization’s goals
