CLE: A Jury of Whose Peers: The Struggle For Representation in Juries

Marshall Dennehey is proud to host a special CLE program on October 22, 2025, produced by The Lawyers Club of Philadelphia, Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts, and the Philadelphia Bar Foundation. "A Jury of Whose Peers: The Struggle For Representation in Juries" will explore the impact of underrepresentation in state and federal jury pools, why representation matters, what barriers exist, and what can be done to ensure equity in our justice system.
