Lauren Wiley - Development & Communications Lead

Lauren Wiley joins the Philadelphia Bar Foundation as Development & Communications Lead, bringing more than a decade of leadership experience across higher education, government, and nonprofit-aligned organizations. She has led national strategic outreach and community investment initiatives, built sustainable pipelines and partnerships, and consistently championed inclusive practices and diverse perspectives.

Her mission-driven work is rooted in a deep commitment to equity, access to justice, and service to others, guided by the belief that education and the law are powerful tools for meaningful, systemic change. Lauren holds an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Communications from Old Dominion University, and is currently a J.D. candidate at Wilmington University School of Law.
