Designed for attorneys working in legal aid and government agencies, the program strengthens trial readiness and builds confidence through lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice led by experienced trial lawyers from across the country. Created in memory of R. Nicholas Gimbel, the Fund reflects his commitment to legal excellence and equal justice by equipping legal aid attorneys with the tools needed to advocate effectively for individuals and families facing poverty, abuse, and discrimination.
