Christopher D. Durham joined the Board of Trustees in 2020.
Christopher is a partner at Duane Morris LLP where he provides strategic legal counsel and representation to clients on a variety of employment matters. Chris has successfully defended wage and hour litigation and employment discrimination and harassment cases, and he has litigated a diverse range of employment-related cases, including wrongful discharge, retaliation claims, and contract disputes. He regularly advises businesses and individuals in the drafting and negotiation of employment and severance agreements, and non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants. Chris also advises federal government contractors regarding affirmative action compliance and represents contractors in Department of Labor audits.
