Marc J. Zucker, Esq.
Marc Zucker serves as the Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He joined the Board of Trustees in 2021 as the Vice Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association
Marc is a partner at Weir Greenblatt Pierce LLP, where he focuses on complex commercial litigation, alternate dispute resolution and appellate advocacy. Marc routinely litigates disputes involving high-level contract, corporate, construction, real estate, banking, insurance and related matters in state and federal court. He also serves as a neutral arbitrator and mediator, handling complex commercial and consumer cases for the American Arbitration Association and elsewhere.
Marc previously served as chair and vice chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Board of Governors, as well as its secretary and treasurer. He is an active member of its Access to Justice task force and its Judicial Commission, among other committees.
Marc also serves on the Board of Philadelphia VIP, the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia and the Jenkins Law Library.
Marc has served as an adjunct professor of law at Villanova University School of Law, which awarded him its alumni service award. He has chaired the Pennsylvania Jewish Coalition, which represents the interests of Jewish Federations across Pennsylvania in Harrisburg, sat on the national board of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs, the Volunteers for the Indigent (ex officio) and served for many years as a board member and trustee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.
