In her role at the Philadelphia Bar Foundation, Laura oversees the philanthropic strategy and implementation of development and integrated communication initiatives that raise awareness, response, and engagement. She leads multifaceted communication programs to amplify the voice of the Foundation in the legal aid sector and to disseminate news and information about the Foundation’s training programs, fellowships, awards, and need for assistance with technical and operational issues for nonprofit partners. Laura works closely with the Executive Director on fundraising and development initiatives including individual giving, major gifts and planned giving. She also provides strategic direction and support for the Foundation’s annual events and special events.
Laura has more than 20 years of experience in brand reputation management, public relations, and stakeholder engagement and has directed numerous large-scale campaigns for nonprofits, banks, law firms, tech companies, educational institutions, and government entities. She s committed to advancing social justice, equality, and equity and currently serves on the Boards and Committees of nonprofits that empower youth and strengthen families in local and global communities. Laura has also served on the Legal Marketing Association's Northeast Regional Board and has been involved in the LMA Philadelphia community for many years.
